Society, Near Jain Derasar Vidhyanagar, Bhavnagar, Gujarat- 364001; (3)

Mrs. Kailashben Narendrakumar Shah alias Kailashben Manilal Mehta,

Aged 60 years, Residing at - C 3 Shwetamber Soc, Ramwadi, Valsad,

Gujarat- 396001; (4) Mr. Dilip Manilal Mehta, Aged 55 years, Indian

Inhabitant, Residing at A/302, Leena Apartment, 60 feet Road, Near

Indira Complex, Bhayander (West), Thane- 401101 (5) Mr. Paresh

Manilal Mehta, Aged 52 years, Indian Inhabitant, B /102 Varj Leela

Apartment, 90 Feet Road, Aakar Tower Road, Thane- 401101 do state

and declare on solemn affirmation as under-

(1) We say that Mr. Manilal Girdharlal Mehta & Mr. Paresh Manilal Mehta

are joint lawful owner and member of JAY VRAJ LEELA CO-OP. HSG. SOC.

LTD in respect of Flat no. Flat no. B/102, on the 1s floor, “JAY VRAJ LEELA

CO-OP. HSG. SOC. LTD” at 90 feet Road, Bhayandar (West), Dist- Thane-

401101 admeasuring 40.89 Sq.mtrs (built-up) of the building & society

known as JAY VRAJ LEELA CO-OP. HSG. SOC. LTD, situated at 90 feet

Road, Bhayandar (West), Dist- Thane- 401101. The said building being

constructed on lands being Old Survey no. 687, New Survey No. 30, Hissa

No. 5 within the limits of Mira-Bhayander Municipal Corporation in the

registration sub District of Thane.

(2) We say that Mr. Manilal Girdharlal Mehta & Mr. Paresh Manilal Mehta

are a bona-fide member of the society and holding share certificate no.

38 for five fully paid up shares of Rs. 50/- each number from No. 186 to

190 (both inclusive).

(3) We say that Mr. Manilal Girdharlal Mehta died intestate on 25/02/2018

and his wife herein namely Mrs. Saubhagyaben Manilal Mehta died

intestate on 25/07/2023 leaving behind following legal heirs -

(4) We state that except us, there is no other legal heirs of Mr. Manilal

Girdharlal Mehta.
(5) We state that we have executed this affidavit for purpose of registration

of Release Deed by legal heirs of Deceased from office of sub-registrar,

Thane

(6) We state that in case, the details given by us turns out to be false then we

shall be liable for penal action as per law.

(7) We state that whatever we have stated hereinabove is true and correct as

per best of our knowledge and belief.
