55 years, Indian Inhabitant, Residing at Pashwa Pooja Bldg, 60 feet

 Road, Near Jain Mandir, Bhayander (West), Thane-401101; 3) Shri.

Suketu Kantilal Shah, Aged 50 years, Indian Inhabitant, Residing at A –

702, Sunrise Plaza, Temba Road, Kasturi Garden, Bhayander (West),

Thane, 401 101 do state and declare on solemn affirmation as under-

We say that Smt. Jayalaxmi alias Jayaben Kantilal Shah was an absolute

lawful owner and member the building known as “Dev Aangan” in respect

of Flat no. 206, C-Wing, on Second Floor, having Built up area of 24.77

sq.meters (built up) in the building known as “Dev Aangan” being

constructed on the property lying and being at Village Bhayander District

Thane, bearing City Survey NO: 1681 to 1735, Old Survey No. 24, Hissa 2,

(part) New Survey No: 2, Hissa No. 2 (Part), situated at Devchand Nagar,

Sanghvi Devchand Jethalal Marg, Near Bavan Jinalay Mandir, at

Bhayander (West), Dist: Thane, Pin: 401101.

(1) We say that Smt. Jayalaxmi alias Jayaben Kantilal Shah are a bona-fide

member of the society and holding share certificate no. __ for five fully

paid up shares of Rs. 50/- each number from No. ______ (both

inclusive).

(2) We say that Smt. Jayalaxmi alias Jayaben Kantilal Shah died on

09/03/2021. The Husband of Smt. Jayalaxmi alias Jayaben Kantilal Shah

namely Late Kantilal Harichand Shah died intestate on 14/10/1976

leaving behind his following surviving legal heirs -

shall be liable for penal action as per law.
