A form of undertaking to be furnished by the prospective
member to use the property for the purpose for which it is allotted.

I Shri. Krupesh Kantilal Shah, Aged 55 years, Indian Inhabitant, Residing


at Pashwa Pooja Bldg, 60 feet Road, Near Jain Mandir, Bhayander (West),
Thane-401101; 2) Shri. Suketu Kantilal Shah, Aged 50 years, Indian Inhabitant,
Residing at A – 702, Sunrise Plaza, Temba Road, Kasturi Garden, Bhayander
(West), Thane, 401 101 a member/proposed member in the building known as Dev
Aangan, in respect of said Flat i.e. Flat no. 206 in the building hereby give the
undertaking that I will use the property allotted to me/ proposed to be acquired by me
on cessation of membership of the deceased member, under the bye-law of the
society, for residential purpose as per bye-law of the society.
I further give the undertaking that no change of user will be made by me
without the previous permission, in writing of the committee of the society.
