NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Smt.

Jayalaxmi alias Jayaben Kantilal Shah was

owner and member in respect of Flat no. 206, C-Wing, on Second Floor, in the
building known as “Dev Aangan”, situated at Devchand Nagar, Sanghvi Devchand
Jethalal Marg, Near Bavan Jinalay Mandir, at Bhayander (West), Dist: Thane, Pin:
401101. Smt. Jayalaxmi alias Jayaben Kantilal Shah died on 09/03/2021. The
Husband of Smt. Jayalaxmi alias Jayaben Kantilal Shah namely Late Kantilal
Harichand Shah died intestate on 14/10/1976 leaving behind 1) Smt. Shilpa
Bharat Shah nee Shilpa Kantilal Shah (Married Daughter) 2) Shri. Krupesh Kantilal
Shah (Son) 3) Shri. Suketu Kantilal Shah (Son) as her legal heirs. Now, the
abovesaid legal heirs no. 1 have released their shares and interest in the said flat of
the deceased members in favour of the legal heir no.2 & 3 namely Shri. Krupesh
Kantilal Shah & Shri. Suketu Kantilal Shah by registered release deed dated ______
bearing no. _____________. Now, any person/heirs of deceased having any claim
or objection in respect of the said flat may inform undersigned in writing at 102,
Neelam Accord, Opp. HDFC bank, 150 ft Road, Bhayander (w), 401 101, within
14 days from the date of this notice failing which, it shall be assumed that, no any
person(s) has any claim or objection.
