Respected sir,
I am Mastan Vali Shaik S/O Nagur Vali. I have gone through financial fraud and lost around
1,50,000/- Rs. I did raise police complaint against this issue, legal actions has been taken by police
department and requested to freeze the account no 41148092251 in October- 2022. I regret to say that
I didn’t get any funds back even after submitting a request letter by the police department on 29-01-
2024 to credit back the funds.
Hereby I would like to request you to please do process to credit amount from frozen account to my
account As soon as possible. Please find the below details. And the required copies has been attached.
Note : This request letter application fees has been paid in the form of court fee stamp 5/- Rs.
