1.概述:
1.Overview:
亿镨 YPW 系列微热吸附式压缩空气干燥器是吸收了有热吸附式和无热吸附
式压缩空气干燥器的优点研制而成的一种吸附式干燥器。它避免了无热吸附式压
缩空气干燥器切换时间短,再生空气损耗量大的缺点,同时也克服了有热吸附式
压缩空气干燥器消耗电能大的弊端。该干燥器切换时间合理,再生气耗量少,是
目前净化行业最经济的节能型吸附式干燥器,被广泛用于电子、食品、冶金、电
力、化工、石油、医药、轻纺、烟草、仪器、仪表、自动控制等行业。
Yipu YPW series micro-thermal adsorption compressed air dryer is an
adsorption dryer developed by absorbing the advantages of thermal adsorption and
non-thermal adsorption compressed air dryers. It avoids the shortcomings of
non-thermal adsorption compressed air dryers in short switching time and large loss
of regeneration air, and at the same time overcomes the shortcomings of thermal
adsorption compressed air dryers that consume large electricity. The dryer has
reasonable switching time and low regeneration gas consumption. It is currently the
most economical and energy-saving adsorption dryer in the purification industry. It is
widely used in electronics, food, metallurgy, electricity, chemicals, petroleum,
medicine, textiles, tobacco, Instruments, meters, automatic control and other
industries.

2.基本工作原理
2.Basic operation principle
亿镨 YPW 系列微热吸附式压缩空气干燥器是根据变压吸附原理,应用微加热
再生方法对压缩空气进行干燥的一种设备。在一定的压力下,使压缩空气自下而
上流经吸附剂(干燥)床层。在低温高压下,压缩空气中的水蒸气便向吸附剂表面
转移也即吸附剂吸收空气中的水份至趋于平衡,使压缩空气得到干燥,这就是吸
附(工作)过程。
Yipu YPW series micro-heat adsorption compressed air dryer is a kind of
equipment that uses micro-heating regeneration method to dry compressed air based
on the principle of pressure swing adsorption. Under a certain pressure, the
compressed air flows through the adsorbent (drying) bed from bottom to top.Under
low temperature and high pressure, the water vapor in the compressed air transfers to
the surface of the adsorbent, that is the adsorbent absorbs the water in the air to Tend
to balance and dry the compressed air, which is the adsorption (working) process.
节流减压的干燥空气(再生空气),经加热后气体膨胀,再与吸附水份饱和的
吸附剂接触时,吸附剂中的水份转向再生空气,直至平衡,使吸附剂得到干燥,这

and when it comes in contact with the adsorbent saturated with moisture, the moisture
in the adsorbent turns to the regeneration air until it balances, so that the adsorbent is
dried. It is the desorption (regeneration) process.
即在低温、高压下水份被吸附(工作),在高温、低压下水份被解吸(再生)。
That is, water is adsorbed (working) at low temperature and high pressure, and
desorbed (regenerated) at high temperature and low pressure.
本干燥器为双筒结构,筒内充填满吸附剂(干燥器),当一吸附筒在进行干燥
工序时,另一吸附筒在进行解吸工序。

adsorbent (dryer). When one adsorption cylinder is in the drying process, the other
adsorption cylinder is in the desorption process.

2.1 吸附工序
2.1 Adsorption process
当以 A 筒作为吸附(干燥)筒时,应先行关闭进气阀 b1(常开)、排气阀 a2
(常闭),打开排气阀 b2, 未经干燥带水份的压缩空气由气体进口进入,流经 a1
到 A 筒下部 ,湿空气在筒内自下而上流经干澡剂,湿空气中的水份被吸附,干燥的
压缩空气由 A 筒上部流出。约 94%-96%的干燥空气通过止回阀 8 从气体出口流出。
When cylinder A is used as the adsorption (drying) cylinder, the intake valve b1
(normally open) and exhaust valve a2 (normally closed) should be closed first, and the
exhaust valve b2 should be opened. The inlet enters and flows through a1 to the lower
part of the A cylinder. The wet air flows through the dry bath agent from bottom to
top in the cylinder, the moisture in the wet air is absorbed, and the dry compressed air
flows out from the upper part of the A cylinder. About 94%-96% of the dry air flows
out from the gas outlet through the check valve 8.

4.压缩空气净化工艺流程及其净化系统的配置
4. Compressed air purification process and its purification system
configuration
4.1 压缩空气净化工艺流程除“干燥”工序外大体由如下工序组成,用户可以
根据使用要求,组合编制出合理的工艺流程。
4.1 The compressed air purification process is generally composed of the
following processes in addition to the "drying" process. The user can compose a
reasonable process flow according to the requirements of use.
4.1.1 储气
4.1.1 Gas storage
稳定气源,缓和压缩机产生的脉冲,使进出口压力和流量稳定,保证净化工艺
流程运转持续平衡。
Stabilize the air source, ease the pulse generated by the compressor, stabilize the
inlet and outlet pressure and flow, and ensure the continuous balance of the
purification process.
4.1.2 冷却

在同等压力条件下,流入干燥器的气体温度宜低,因为压缩空气中的饱和含
水量随进气温度的提高而成正比例增加;成品气出口露点也将随之升高。

Under the same pressure conditions, the temperature of the gas flowing into the
dryer should be low, because the saturated water content in the compressed air
increases proportionally with the increase of the inlet temperature; the dew point of
the finished gas outlet will also increase.
4.1.3 除油
4.1.3 Degreasing
微量油累积会造成干燥器的吸附剂失效,为了保证较长和使用寿命,干燥器
进口气体含油量不得大于 0.5mg/m³。
The accumulation of trace oil will cause the failure of the adsorbent of the dryer.
In order to ensure a longer and service life, the oil content of the inlet gas of the dryer
should not be greater than 0.5mg/m³.
4.1.4 除水

要求进入干燥器的压缩空气中不得带有液态水滴,否则将严重影响干燥器运
转效率。
It is required that the compressed air entering the dryer must not contain liquid
water droplets, otherwise the operating efficiency of the dryer will be seriously
affected.
4.1.5 除尘

压缩空气中粉尘,其危害是很大的,如降低产品的质量(影响加工精度、喷
涂、电镀质量、药品、食品染菌等),所以一般应采用粉尘精密过滤器过滤。

product (affecting the processing accuracy, spraying, electroplating quality, medicine,
food contamination, etc.), so it should generally be filtered by a dust filter.
4.1.6 除菌

医药、食品等行业须进行该工序,除菌过滤能够去除粒径小于 0.1um 颗粒,
菌毒,其滤效为 99.999%。

sterilization filtration can remove particles with a particle size of less than 0.1um, and
bacteria toxins, and its filtration efficiency is 99.999%.
4.1.7 除臭
4.1.7 Deodorization
药品、食品行业须进行该工序。本公司生产的活性炭过滤器,能有效除去压
缩空气中的异味。上述各工序所需设备我公司均有生产,可以成套配置。

activated carbon filter produced by our company can effectively remove the peculiar
smell in the compressed air. The equipment required for each process mentioned
above is produced by our company and can be configured as a complete set.

4.2 净化系统的配置(以微热吸附式压缩空气干燥器为主)见图3;

5.安 装
5. Installation
5.1 安装设备时应注意筒体的垂直度。
5.1 Pay attention to the verticality of the cylinder when installing the equipment.
5.2 设备应紧固牢靠,使用一段时期后应再行紧固。
5.2 The equipment should be fastened firmly, and it should be fastened again after a
period of use.
5.3 用户按图连接进、排气管道(设备上有进出气口标贴),过滤器、高效除油
器应尽量靠近干燥器。
5.3 The user connects the inlet and exhaust pipes according to the diagram (there is an
air inlet and outlet label on the equipment), and the filter and high-efficiency oil
remover should be as close as possible to the dryer.
5.4 为了保证安全,设备应有效接地。

5.5 消声器应接到室外,连接管路应水平或低于排气口,否则会造成部分液体倒
流,影响再生效果。

6.调试

6.1 调试前准备
6.1 Preparation before commissioning
6.1.1 在调试前应先仔细检查各运转部件、仪表控制系统、YPW 控制系统、加热
器、电源、接地装置等,若损坏或失灵,应修复。
6.1.1 Before debugging, carefully check the running parts, instrument control system,
YPW control system, heater, power supply, grounding device, etc. If damaged or
malfunctioning, they should be repaired.
6.1.2 YPW 控制系统出厂前设定为 90 分钟工作时间,一般无须更改参数,上电
即可正常运行。
6.1.2 The YPW control system is set to work for 90 minutes before leaving the
factory. Generally, there is no need to change the parameters, and it can run normally
after powering on.

6.2 相关阀门调节
6.2 Related valve adjustment
6.2.1 安全阀起跳压力调节至进口压力的 1.05 倍(出厂时已调好)。
6.2.1 The take-off pressure of the safety valve is adjusted to 1.05 times of the inlet
pressure (it has been adjusted before leaving the factory).
6.2.2 调整气动阀控制气源压力为 0.3~0.5Mpa(出厂时已调好)。

6.2.3 调节再生气球阀 Q(阀全开即为 6%额定量,一般调至中间位置即可。

净。

凡新填充的吸附剂吹洗好后应进行干燥,干燥方法一般用压缩空气干燥:关
闭出气阀门,全开进气阀门,送进压缩空气,时间按干燥剂干燥程度确定。
The newly filled adsorbent should be dried after it is cleaned. The drying method
is generally compressed air drying: close the outlet valve, fully open the inlet valve,
and send in compressed air. The time is determined by the drying degree of the
desiccant.

7.使用

7.1 先打开空压机待干燥器进气压力>0.5MPa 时开启 YPW 控制系统(先合上控制
箱内的控制仪电源断路器,然后合上加热器电源断路器),设备即开始运行,按
停止按钮停机。
7.1 First turn on the air compressor and turn on the YPW control system when the
inlet pressure of the dryer is> 0.5MPa (first turn on the power circuit breaker of the
controller in the control box, and then turn on the power circuit breaker of the heater),
the equipment will start to run, press Stop button to stop.
7.2 本装置在无爆炸危险,无足以腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘介质的室内使用。

sufficient corrosion of metals and destruction of insulating media.

8.维护保养
8. Maintenance
8.1 经过长期运转,当干燥系统各项运行参数不变,设备工作正常,而干燥空气达
不到露点要求(≤-40℃),即干燥剂已失效,需调换更新。
8.1 After long-term operation, when the operating parameters of the drying system
remain unchanged, the equipment is working normally, and the drying air does not
reach the dew point requirement (≤-40°C), that is, the desiccant has expired and needs
to be replaced and updated.

8.2 再生的吸附筒在排放废气时,其压力应<0.05Mpa.如压力超过此值,则应卸下
消声器清除灰尘,使气体流动阻力小,必要时更换滤芯或消声器,一般应把排气管
与消声器接至室外。
8.2 When the regenerated adsorption cylinder discharges exhaust gas, its pressure
should be <0.05Mpa. If the pressure exceeds this value, the muffler should be
removed to remove the dust, so that the gas flow resistance is small. If necessary,
replace the filter or muffler. Generally, the exhaust pipe should be replaced. Connect
the muffler to the outdoors.
8.3 检查再生气球阀,确保在开启状态。
