Internship Letter For Insaf Afternoon Schools
On the directions passed on by the School Education Department, Govt of The Punjab vide letter
No. SO(SNE)Up-Gradation/2021(IASP)(Vol-I) dated 01-08-2022 and by The Chief Executive
Officer (DEA) Gujranwala vide order no. 3575/Admin-I dated 17-08-2022 and recommendations
of School Council, Mr./Mst.

placement as Class-IV at Govt. Elementary (IASP) School (Insaf
Afternoon School) EMIS Code: Tehsil Wazirabad on the following terms and
conditions:-
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The honorarium to the teachers/employees (Afternoon School) will be paid for 09-
months (maximum) in an Academic year, w.e.f 1st August (or start of Academic
Stipend Year), subject to the fulfillment of all formalities under prescribed policy of Afternoon
School Programme as approved by the School Education Department. Stipend will be
Head Teacher= 18000/=, Teacher: 15000/= , Class-IV: 7000/=
Duration 09-months (maximum). Non extendable except if ordered by the Department
The teachers/other staff for Afternoon Programme will be hired out of the existing staff
Domicile of the morning school. In case of non-availability/willingness of the same public
school teachers, the staff/teachers of nearby public school will be hired. In case of non-
availability/willingness of the both said public school teacher, from locality may also
be hired on need basis.
Admission As mentioned in the IASP Policy. Immediate targets minimum enrollment and
Targets and retention in Insaf Afternoon School should be
Retention 6th Class equal or more than 20 students
7th Class at least 15 students
8th Class at least 15 students
Leave Two casual leaves per month (without stipend)
Transfer The placement shall be non-transferable.
No right of Placement in Insaf Afternoon School shall not confer any right of regular
Regular placement nor shall such placement be regularized under any circumstances.
Placement
School Council can terminate the offer in Insaf Afternoon Schools on the
Termination of following grounds:
offer on (i) Misconduct
performance (ii) Willful absence from duty.
base (iii) Financial embezzlement.
(iv) In-efficiency and non-delivery of quality education to the students.
(v) If degree(s) / certificate (s) are found bogus.
(vi) On one Month Notice or Payment of One Month Salary in lieu
thereof by either side without assigning any reason.
Note 1: These orders will be valid if criterion of enrollment is maintained as per IASP Policy
Note 2: The date of joining as Part Time Coach (PTC)/Class-IV will be considered on the start of serving
the afternoon classes.
