Atharva Engineering and Industrial Projects LLP a company engaged in erection of turnkey
projects of Fire Protection systems for Mnc’s, Hospitals, Medium and small-scale industries
on PAN India basis for last 24 years.

We are looking for a result-oriented person who can coordinate projects from scratch to handing over.
 Job involves travelling to various project sites as scheduled or required.
 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineers is required.
 An experience of handling MEP projects of 8-10 years.
 Should be able to work on details of all the aspects of every project.
 A person should have good communication skills to tackle top level management as well as
site teams.
 Should have a positive approach.
 Good listening, understanding ability
 Should be able to delegate work properly.
 Should possess good time management and planning skills.
 Good knowledge of project coordinating tools.
 A person should be able to work independently and take responsibility of all projects in
totality.

The project coordinate will be responsible for,

 Preparing project schedules

 Coordinating shop drawing preparation and approval
 Coordinating with Supply Chain Management team for timely delivery of required tools &
material
 Attending Meeting with client & consultants as required
 Attending weekly site meetings
 Overseeing site activities along with quality of work.
 Coordinating & Monitoring Billing as per order terms.
 Managing the project in given budget.
 Final Testing & Handing over of projects successfully to client.
