NIELIT JORHAT EXTENSION CENTRE

NIELIT (National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology), is an organization under the Ministry of
Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Govt. of India. It is the HRD arm of the Ministry and is involved in
capacity building in the areas of IECT. NIELIT has endeavored to establish to be the country’s premier institution for
Examination & Certification in the field of IECT. It is also one of the National Examination Body, which accredits
institutes/ organization for conducting courses in IT.

NIELIT Jorhat Extension Centre has been in the fore-front of providing up-to-date industry relevant training programs
in the field of Information, Electronics and Communication technology (IECT) in the non-formal sector. Together with
state-of-the art infrastructure and an ambience conducive to learning and development, the extension centre ranks
among the best training centre in entire upper Assam.
