Detaching-reattaching the door panel

• Remove the lower loudspeaker cover.

• Undo the four screws fastening the loudspeaker.

• Detach the connector.

• Undo the two screws fastening the door panel.

• Remove the complete upper loudspeaker cover.
Detach the loudspeaker connector.

• Undo the screw fastening the door panel.

• Remove the covering cap for the screw which fastens the internal door handle support.

• Undo the fastening screw.

• Remove the internal door handle support.

• Undo the door panel fastening screw.

• Remove the moulding by levering in the side section of the moulding itself.

• Undo the four screws fastening the door panel.

• Remove the reflector.

• Undo the door panel fastening screw.

• Undo the four fastening screws in the lower section of the door panel.

• Remove the panel by levering on the edge of the panel itself.

• Detach the floor lighting connector.

When fitting, follow the procedures described above in reverse order.

POWER WINDOW UNIT

Power window unit detaching-reattaching

• Operate the power window to take the window to the completely lowered position.
• Remove the door panel
Door panel detaching-reattaching

• Slacken the two screws on the pantograph.

• Slacken the four screws fastening the loud speaker, disconnect the wiring and remove the speaker.

• Slacken the screw on the window front rest bracket.

• Slacken the screw on the window rear rest bracket.

• Withdraw the window upwards.

• Slacken the two nuts fastening the track.

• Slacken the four screws fastening the power window motor.

• Withdraw the window winder unit from the recess on the door.

• Disconnect the wiring and remove the window winder unit.

For installation, reverse the above sequence.
