Dear Mr David Taylor,

P1: I am a regular user of your bus service and take your buses to travel to and from my school on
weekdays. I am writing to give my feedback about bus service and a few critical issues inflicted upon me
and other commuters who use your service
P2: Firstly, using a bus service is much safer than using a private vehicle. And this also contributes to
environmental protection by reducing emissions caused by personal vehicles. Secondly, I think is the
price is very cheap, even if you go far, the price will not increase. It is suitable for everyone, especially
for students
P3: Besides, There are various problems people face due to inconvenience caused by the service.
For example, the bus often does not arrive on time and this has affected a lot of people . Another issue is
some buses are in poor condition which can cause unsafety for passengers and there’s no sign of
cleanliness in the buses. Moreover, Further buses only stop at bus stop point that are few in number and
people have been suffering to bus stop.
