Sir:

The undersigned humbly request from your good office for a relocation of WOOD POLES in
Sitio Lower, Barangay Cabaruyan, Municipality of Libungan, Province of Cotabato particularly
in the area nearby the residence and compound of DINALO/BONAO FAMILY.

The undersigned further request from your good office to immediately conduct an ocular
inspection of the said POLES being relocated considering that the land owners has built their
residential buildings where the secondary lines traverses on top of the roof of their buildings
which may definitely cause problems in the near future if this will not be resolved.
