celebration.

❖ Conference for School Owners and Heads of Schools = Friday,

❖ Sport Activities = Tuesday to

Friday

➢ Athletics (Sack Race, 100m, 200m, 4x400m, 800m) =

Items needed for the activities

• Athletics
• 4 Game officials (referees)
• T and T for officials
• field set up
• first aid box or kit (including stretcher)
• Refreshment (Students, Teachers, Head Teacher And Officials),
• Seating, Canopies, chairs PA system
• Awards (Trophies, certificate and citations.)
Route march celebration
• Morfra and Cap
• 2 Brass Band.
Conference
• Venue (number of attendees must also be considered)
• Resource persons
• Resource person (T and T)
• Refreshment.
