Terms and Conditions:

Mode of Sale: Prices offered are Ex-Warehouse Delhi.

Payment Terms: 50% advance at the time of order booking & balance 50% before dispatch in favor of 'Kirat
International'

Delivery Period: 45-60 days from date of order confirmation with payment.
In case there is any delay in readiness of the site, ‘Kirat International’ will stock the goods in their warehouse for a
maximum period of 15 days free of charge, after that warehouse charges of 5% per month of the order value will be
applicable.

Warranty: 1 year on parts & labour against manufacturing defects (Grips, Cables, Upholstery, Rubber & Plastic parts are
not covered under warranty)
Warranty of the equipment will commence from the date of delivery of the goods.

Taxes: GST @ 18% will be applicable on above mentioned prices.

Transportation and Unloading: Transportation from warehouse to site & unloading at delivery site will be borne by the
customer.

Installation Charges: Installation of the equipment is included in the mentioned prices.

Validity: Above mentioned prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

Special Notes:
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled & advance received will not be refundable.
Orders once confirmed cannot be altered after 1 week from the date of order confirmation.
Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
For Cardio equipment Power Supply of 15Amps 230V AC dedicated power line with proper earthing to be provided.
5 KVA UPS or Servo Stabilizer for treadmills is mandatory else warranty will be void.
