Dear Sir/Madam
I, Husnain Ali holding Pakistani passport number FG1836461, am applying for a long stay multiple
entry study visa. I plan to travel to Belgium on 30 January 2024 to begin my studies in February
2024. I will come back after finishing my 3-year bachelors program.
I have secured admission to the Bachelor of International Business Management program at
Thomas More University in Mechelen-Antwerpen, Belgium. However, my recent visa application
was rejected due to certain inaccuracies and contradictions. I have checked all the details again and
fixed the errors. I am now eager to present a more accurate picture of my intentions to the
authorities. My primary goal for enrolling in this course is to pursue my academic interests, develop
leadership skills, and acquire the necessary knowledge to enhance businesses in my homeland,
ultimately contributing to our country’s economic growth.
Moreover, Studying in Belgium, with its central location in Europe and reputation as an
international business hub, holds great appeal to me. I am excited about the prospect of attracting
myself in a country known for its cultural diversity, natural beauty, and rich historical heritage. I
believe that such an environment will provide me with a unique and useful experience that will
prepare me for success in the global business arena and, in turn, assist my home country in its
journey towards prosperity.
I have devoted significant time to our family business (Ghumman Electronics) as Sales Assistant,
where I have enjoyed customer interactions and business operations. This hands-on experience has
driven my interest in studying business management to enhance our business's efficiency and
growth.
After getting this degree, I wish that it would help me achieve my big life goals. By using the
practical and theoretical knowledge from this program, I would be able to expand our family
business to new heights world widely.
I understand that studying in Belgium will come with its own set of demands and challenges, but I
am ready to face them head-on. My maturity and strong determination have equipped me to go an
extra mile to make my dreams come true. I respectfully ask for your support in granting me a visa
and providing me with the opportunity to take a step towards my goals. Thank you for your time
