This marriage agreement made on this day of the

month of September, 2023 between the following

party–

religion : Islam , Permanent resident of village : Kechera Para,
P. S : Lakhipur, P. O: Lakhipur, District : Goalpara Pin: 783129
(Assam) hereinafter shall be known as 1 st party / bridegroom
of this marriage agreement.

Nilima Khatun , D/O: Nijam Uddin, Date of birth:
09/08/1999, By religion : Islam , Permanent resident of village :
Nararvita Part 4, P. S : Mererchar , P. O: Nararvita , District :
Bongaigaon Pin: 783384 (Assam) hereinafter shall be known
as 2nd party / bride of this marriage agreement. .

Whereas both the parties are bonafide Indian citizen by birth

and permanent resident of the above mentioned locality.
And Whereas both the parties are sound mind and sound
hearth and in a position to execute this agreement.
And whereas both the parties are choice and consented to
marry each other as per their proposal and acceptance.
And whereas both the parties are major as per Indian majority
Act. Attaining the age of bridegroom is 55 years and Attaining
the age of bride is 24 years respectively.
And whereas both the parties for the confirmation of terms and
conditions they entered into this marriage agreement .
Now, THEREFORE in witness of both party are agreed as
follows —
1. That, the consideration of money Dyn. Mehr for the
marriage have been settled and fixed at an amount of Rs.
3,00,000.00 /- ( Rupees three lakhs only) to which
amount the 1st party shall be paid to the 2 nd party during
their conjugal life or like such negotiation period as
agreed upon between both party. Provided that the 2 nd
party may excused the fixed Dyn. Mehr. If she deem fit
and proper during their conjugal life.
2. That, the social marriage ceremony between both parties
shall be held within 3 (three ) month from today as per
Muslim law and shoriot and accordingly after
solemnisation of said social marriage both party shall
recognized as a legally married husband and wife in the
eye of law and also in the eye of society.
3. That, after solemnization of said social marriage both the
party shall started their conjugal life at the home of the
1st party, wherein the 1st party shall provide proper cear,
dear and maintenance to the 2nd. Party.
4. That, the 2nd party and the children ought to be born out
of the web. Lock between both party shall be legal heir of
1st party and on the properties belonging to 1st party.
5. That, during the period of conjugal life both party
voluntarily spent their conjugal life peacefully with out
any dispute or deference in any manner.
6. That, the 1st party shall not live separately from the 2 nd
party for more than one month without any reasonable
cause . Provide that if the 1st party shall live separately
from the 2nd party for more than one month without any
reasonable cause and excuse then the 1 st party will liable
to pay monthly maintenance allowances as admissible in
the eye of law.
7. That, the 2nd party also shall not left the matrimonial
home without any reasonable cause and excuse, provide
that if the 2nd party left the matrimonial home whimsically
or intentionally without any reasonable cause or excuse
then shall /will not entitled to get any maintenance
allowances from the 1st party.
8. That, the 1st party shall not torture to the 2 nd party in any
manner.
9. That, the 1st party shall not demand any dowry from the
1st party or her parent.
10. That, the 1st party shall not marry other wife
without the reasonable cause and excuse.
11. That, the 2nd party shall abide by the 1st party as a
dutiful wife of him by providing full dignity of husband..
12. That, any other condition and conditions which not
mentioned in this agreement if arise in future then both
party amicably resolved the same in the midst of their
mutual understanding so as to enable them to recognize
as a best couple in the whole world.
13. That, any party who shall violated the terms and
conditions of this agreement shall be prosecuted in the
eye of law.

judicial court campus (Abhayapuri).
