COMES NOW, Petitioners unto this Honorable Register of Deeds

most respectfully states that:

1. Petitioners are the registered owner of a parcel of land situated in

District of Cogon, City of Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol, herein described as
follows:

Transfer Certificate of Title No. 112-2017000884

“A parcel of land (Lot-1-A of the subdivision plan, Psd-07-021633, being

a portion of Lot-1, Pcs-07-02-000044), situated in the District of Cogon, City of
the Tagbilaran, Province of Bohol, Island of Bohol. Bounded on the NW., along
line 1-2 by Lot-1458-A (LRC) Psd-201726; on the NE. & SW., along lines 2-3-4
by Lot-1-C, Psd-07-021633; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot-1460, Tagb.
Cadastre; along line 5-1 by Lot-459, Tagb. Cadastre. Containing an area of
ONE HUNDRED (100) square meters more or less.”

2. Pursuant to Sec. 4 , Rule 74 of the Rules of Court, an annotation of

encumbrance was made on the face of said Transfer Certificate of Title,
which reads “THE LIABILITIES UNDER SECTION 4 RULE 74 OF THE RULES OF
COURT FOR A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS IN FAVOR OF ANY OTHER
POSSIBLE HEIRS, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS WHO MIGHT HAVE
BEEN DEPRIVED OF THEIR LAWFUL PARTICIPATION IN THE ESTATE OF THE
DECEASED”;

3. More than two (2) years had already elapsed without any claims from
creditors, heirs and other persons having been presented against the above
estate, and therefore, pursuant to Rule 74, Secs. 1 and 4 of the Rules of
Court, the said encumbrance may accordingly be cancelled;

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed unto this Honorable

Register of Deeds of Bohol that the aforesaid legal encumbrance annotated
on the face of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 112-2017000884 be
cancelled in accordance with the Land Registration Law. Other reliefs as
may be just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
