APPLICATION FOR SHIFT SCHEDULE CHANGE

I wish to request your permission to kindly change my shift schedule in the office from 5am -

5pm to 5am - 8am.

The reason behind my request is that school has resumed and I will be going back to school

to continue with my studies. My current time for attending lectures will not permit that I

work the previous shift schedule (5am to 5pm) as I am required to be present in class at all

times. This is why I am requesting for the change in my shift schedule to 5am - 8am.

I would be truly grateful if my request is approved and you can be assured that work will still

be done with complete dedication on my part. Thank you.
