- Be in charge for Lazmall to improve BAU (Sellers, assortments, buyers, GMV...).
- Developing business strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategy and model, produce business partnership proposals
(including commercial terms, solutions, etc.) and lead the negotiation with

- Working with sellers and brands directly to plan and maintain constant stock
availability; Coach sellers on competitive pricing and store operations; Ensure
and drive ambitious revenue growth in alignment with category growth target;
Suggest promotions to sellers, selling marketing services, and organizing these
campaigns internally.
- Follow & monitoring joint business planning with brand, build and maintain

Bambam store, Xangxe Shop, Duy Tan Plastics....

LAZADA VIET NAM Key Account Management


JUN, 2020 - APR, 2021 Main responsibilities:
- Manage all operation tasks for Home Living Lazmall team.
- Manage 140 sellers market place with 30 Key Accounts.
- Coordinate with Campaign, Marketing & Operations teams to plan promotional
campaigns, forecast demand, implement and to secure consistent availability.
- Work with Key Account Manager to develop assortments of category products
and to identify key assortment opportunities, building sales team priority plan to
assist execution.
- Establish strong relations with sellers and support their traffic to SIS like: CRM,
Feed, Social Post and Livestream.
- Advise sellers on category products and content creation process to increase
assortment.
- Develop strong analysis to evaluate daily/weekly/monthly performance and
optimize further marketing, pricing and product selection.
Achievements:
- GMV increased by 44% with 140 sellers
- Traffic drive on category grew up 170%
- Achieved more than target GMV, Traffic, Buyers, Items of Campaigns.
- As campaign planner, I followed & ran successfully first Super Brand Day with
Lock&Lock in Jul 2020, achieved more than 150% GMV growth.

- Accounting and making payment for KOLS, Singers who have songs and music
videos on Zing MP3 website;
- Accounting payable for partners of Zing TV, follow-up and close deal.
