GENERAL REMINDERS
1. The South Davao Local Youth Assembly is a psychologically safe space to share
the participant’s ideas and stances. Any derogatory remarks, intolerance, and
discrimination toward any participant/organizing committee will not be tolerated.
2. Please follow the indicated schedule of the program. Participants are encouraged
to arrive fifteen (15) minutes early to settle in and avoid program delays.

SAFETY REMINDERS
1. Bring your vaccination card or any proof of vaccination status and present it upon
check-in.
2. Wear a face mask at all times. You may only remove your masks during mealtime.
3. Sanitize regularly. Alcohol stations are available in the session hall. Alcohol is also
provided as part of the participant’s kit.
4. Observe physical distancing for the entire duration of the event in compliance with
the safety and health protocols.

ATTIRE
1. Participants are strictly required to wear for the entirety of the event either
Semi-Formal/Smart Casual or Organization Shirt.
2. Wearing shorts, tattered jeans, pedals, crop top, tube, spaghetti straps, sandals,
and slippers are strictly not allowed.

PARTICIPANT’s DECORUM
1. Refrain from using your mobile phones and put them in silent mode once the
program has started to prevent unnecessary noise and distractions.
2. By the end of every evwnt day, kindly take the time to answer the evaluation form
with honesty to provide the organizing committee with feedback that will be
helpful for the succeeding endeavors and initiatives.
3. Please dress appropriately according to the prescribed clothes for each activity.
Preferably, wear something professional-looking and comfortable to wear.
4. No tolerance for alcoholic beverages during the entire South Davao Local Youth
Assembly.
5. Do not leave your valuables unattended, as the organizing committee will not be
liable for any resulting loss or damage.
6. The organizing committee will not be held responsible if the participant/s opt/s to
go outside of the premises in accordance with his/her/their/zir discretion after the
event program.

MEAL SITUATION
1. AM snacks, lunch, and PM Snacks will be served at the function hall during sessions.
2. Should you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions you have not declared in
your application form, please inform anyone from the organizing committee as
soon as possible to accommodate the concern.

EXPENSES FOR REIMBURSEMENT


1. All participants will fill out the travel reimbursement forms upon arrival at the
venue. The travel reimbursement shall be based on the pre-approved fare matrix
made by the organizing team.

EMERGENCY CONTACT
- For any emergency, please contact the following. You may share this with your
emergency contact person in case they also need to contact you but can’t reach
you. We only request that the contact information be only used for purposes of the
travel and event at hand.
