Executive Summary

This report was prepared to provide management information on the success of

the training of SFCL employees for the Area 1 Site KAFD on December 19, 2023.
The training went smoothly as the employees already have some previous
experiences. After the training, the employees were assigned on different location
to start their job safely.

The Plan

Objectives

The training plan’s objectives were:

1. Train employees on the process implemented by the business.

2. Orient the trainees on the things that they need to do and the things that are
not allowed at work and how can they work safely.

Scope

The trainers will be oriented on how the business works and will be trained on the
loading unloading processes, fire alarms processes, building safety management
system, ppe’s that should be followed by all the employees in carrying out their
tasks.
Methodology

The employees will be assigned on the morning shift and will be handled by that
shift’s supervisor.

Findings

The findings were as follows:

1. The employees already have previous experience so training went smoothly

without incident.

2. 80% of the trainees were able to catch up with the building safety management
processes. The remaining 20% must try not to confuse the building safety
management process with that of their previous job.

Conclusion

Employees with previous experience learn quickly. However, some have a

tendency to get with the communication barrier.

Recommendations

1. For employees with experiences should teach the other employees who had
communication barriers to fully understand the process of the building and also
how to do work safely.
