A. Brief
LD/LDEP Pumps are featured as good looking, compact size, light weight, high efficient
etc.
LD/LDEP series high pressure plunger pump is mainly used for transporting seawater,
fresh water and other media.
Widely used in shipping, seawater desalination, pharmaceutical chemical, municipal
gardens, construction industry, petrochemical and other industries widely used.

C. Cautions
1. Before maintenance and repair, be sure of the disconnection between the pump and
power source, or power source at the stop position. Any power input is not allowed,
including electricity, mechanical energy, and hydraulic power.
2. Change the red oil cap by ventilating the dipstick or plug at an initial run.
3. Check the oil level to reach the standard level.
4. Don’t change the oil or fill /remove it during the pump running
5. The air inside the pump should be emptied before operating the pump.
6. The lubrication should be guaranteed, in case of wearing seals & washers inside the
pump.
7. Don’t run the pump dry if no water flows through.
8. The corrosive chemical solution is not permitted.

F. Maintenance & Repair
The good maintenance will make the systems run smoothly & extend the service life.
The lubrication oil code: L-CKD 220 or 85W-90, oil level is not less than oil level or half
position of oil glass.Be aware of the temperature of crankcase, oil temperature below 75℃
is standard. After running 50 hours, the pump needs a oil change, and then every 500 hours,
oil change should be effected. Note: once the oil becomes emulsion, the oil must be
changed immediately.
In winter, be aware of freezing. Check the pipeline& pump before run the pump.
Discharge the hydraulic after the running, and make some anti-freezing process.
