Protest on Decisions of the BAC
Decisions of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) at any procurement stage
may be questioned by filing a request for reconsideration (RR)

Resort to Regular Courts

before any award is made.
Court Action may be resorted to only after the protest shall have been resolved with

held to have failed to avail of the correct protest procedure before it filed its petition
