As one of the Senior HR Professional at HR Anexi, I lead the Human Resource Advisory and Outsourcing
practice. My focus has been in Business / HR transformation, with emphasis on the design and
implementation of HR service delivery models. In the last 15 years, I have been engaged in formulating
organization vision, clarifying organization values and developing competency framework in addition to
performance management, organization structure design and compensation design - all within the context
of large-scale, HR transformation initiatives.
My role largely has been in terms of visualising the big picture for our clients and then basis HR Anexi's
vast experience, knowledge and skill; facilitate and support the organizations in achieving the same.
Our clients are from a wide range of sectors - manufacturing, financial services, automotive,
pharmaceuticals, logistics, chemical, associations, retail, PSU's and include a large number of listed
companies too.
I am a certified Fire Walk instructor and Empowerment Coach from the Sundoor School of Transpersonal
Education – California, a certified coach and global facilitator for BlessingWhite’s leadership programs viz.
Leading Today’s Professionals TM, Why Should Anyone Be Led By You?TM and Helping Others Succeed®.
I also hold a ‘Guinness World Record’ for conducting a firewalk for the largest gathering of people. This
feat was achieved in Mumbai on the 15th of February 2017.
As a Workforce Transformation Consultant, you will help clients effectively manage their
workforce in alignment with evolving business needs, technological advancements, and
market dynamics. This role involves evaluating workforce skills anticipating future needs, and
analyzing existing organizational capabilities to design and implement transformation
initiatives that enhance workforce efficiency, productivity, and agility.
Role Description:
Execute comprehensive workforce planning exercises to align the current workforce
mix with future vision and strategy
Develop customized competency frameworks for clients to evaluate their existing
workforce against required skills, and formulate tailored development plans to address
identified gaps
Craft upskilling and reskilling pathways to equip the current workforce with the
capabilities needed in the future
Design and deploy succession planning process to develop future leaders
Compile business updates, emphasizing risks and issues pertinent to ongoing
project(s)
Assist in the creation, development, delivery, and management of workforce-related
communication strategies
Define key performance indicators to track and monitor workforce efficiency
Establish and maintain effective project governance to ensure streamlined project
execution and adherence to established processes and methodologies
Develop and maintain a structured governance framework to provide regular insights
into project progress, key milestones, and potential challenges
Contribute to business development and growth initiatives, such as drafting business
proposals and producing thought leadership documents
Analyze market trends and address business challenges faced by clients across
various geographies and industries
