Industrial Relations – Maintaining harmonious relationship with employees, wages agreement,
organizing of meetings for discussing productivity, safety and discipline issues etc. Dealing and
handling day to day issues and arriving atsolutions. Close monitoring of IR situation in the plant and
action plan required to keep it undercontrol.

General Administration – Designing various system related to administration. Ensuring general


administration and facility management through reporting of Administration staff which
encompasses, security management, issues related to health and safety of employees, guest
relationship, Transportation, canteen management, Time keeping –managing absenteeism and
Leaves, Courier and transport, garden and housekeeping management etc.
