About TikTok Shop MCN & TAP Policy April - June 2024
Welcome to TikTok Shop! This document provides basic information about TikTok Shop
and what TikTok Shop offers for MCN from April to June 2024.
Applicable Scope
◦ Period: April 1st, 2024 ~ June 30th, 2024
◦ Incentive Target: Vietnam Local Agency Partners
◦ Category Scope: All Category
3. Incentive content
3.1 Terminology Plan
• All MCN policies are only available for Affiliate Authors.
• All rebates in policy are ads credit, no cash. All types of ads credit will expire 3 months after
receiving it.
• Only Effective Video GMV and Livestream GMV are taken into account.
• All policies are only applicable to content/creator binding with MCN or using TAP link by
default

3.3 MCN & TAP Incentive Policy (EN)
3.3.1 For MCN
• For newly onboard MCN in Q2
◦ TTS MCN registration requirements
▪ By invitations only
▪ At least 15 bound Affiliate Authors, Matured E-commerce team
▪ At least 2 studios
▪ Creator Active rate >50% after registering
▪ MCN registered after 2024 Mar 1st
◦ Incentives package
▪ $1,000 ads + voucher package if can commit 1st quarter GMV >= $50K
▪ Eligible to join all programs of the ongoing MCNs, can see details in the below sessions
• For ongoing MCN in Q2
◦ Based on the monthly commercial performance and stickiness to TTS, the Affiliate
creators under MCN management will be classified into 2 segments:
▪ Top creators
▪ Massive creators
▪ Please follow-up with our TTS MCN manager to receive your MCNs' creator
classification

4. Terminology
1. EC short video: short video should be EC short video which is released with shopping cart
included
2. Effective EC livestream: EC livestream should be greater than 1 hour per live session, with
shopping carts and products uploaded to TikTok Shop. The content of EC live shall be
about presentation/explanation/sale of the product and to attract customers to place
orders
3. Onboarding date: the date that merchants' TikTok Shop be approved
4. Self-sold GMV: GMV generated by merchants' self-sold, that is the GMV generated by the
sales of the merchants' products by the merchants' bound account (including official
account and marketing account)
5. Livestream GMV: GMV generated by merchants' livestream. That is the GMV generated by
the sales of the merchants' products by the bound account(including official account and
marketing account
6. Video GMV: GMV generated by merchants' video. That is the GMV generated by the sales of
the merchants' products by the bound account(including official account and marketing
account
7. Baseline GMV is Quarter Set Target Achieved green GMV
8. Incremental green GMV of "Current Quarter Actual Achieved green GMV" versus "Current
Set Baseline green GMV"( assume that the baseline in current quarter is achieved)
9. Effective GMV: GMV after deduction of the transaction amount from orders that violate laws
and regulations and platform rules, such as returns and refunds, false transactions, etc.
10. Green GMV: Effective GMV excluding non-gold hard currency whose subsidy rate
exceeding 8% and gold hard currency
