STUDENTS DAY 2024:
BOOTH MAKING COMPETITION

GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS

1. The competition is open to all academic and non-academic clubs of Assumption College
of Nabunturan.
2. The booth to make must be a representation to their clubs.
3. Displays stay within the 2x2 meters booth dimensions.
4. All students of each club can participate in booth construction and display at the Trade
Show.
5. Only registered members of the club are allowed to assist in set up or operation of the
booth.
6. Putting/selling materials or substances in booths that negates the school rules and
regulation is strictly prohibited.
7. Decorations or displays must not block other booths.
8. Clubs should exercise courtesy and professionalism when hanging signs and decorations
or projecting images.
9. Booths must be completed by 10:00 AM for judging.
10. Ranking system shall be used in determining the winners.
11. Upon submission of the results to the tabulator/s, judges’ decision shall be considered
final and irrevocable.

 PRESENTATION 40%
a. Displays professionalism
b. Neat and Clean
c. Efficient use of space

 FIRST IMPRESSION/PRESENCE 10%

a. Draws in people
b. Grabs attention
