INTRODUCTION
Work immersion is very important for the grade 12 senior high school students because it
offers hands-on experience and practical application of their classroom learnings. Through
immersing in an actual work environment, students can see and experience the day-to-day
functions of various industries. This exposure promotes the development of essential soft skills
like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, which are very important for their future
career endeavors. Additionally, work immersion helps students in exploring potential career
paths, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding educational and professional
trajectories.

OBJECTIVES
Work immersion is a program dedicated to the grade 12 students to get real-world experience in
their chosen field. Its main goals are to help students learn practical skills, and to understand how
things work in their profession, improve their social skills, build professional connections, and
increase their chances of finding a job after graduation. During work immersion, students can
apply what they've learned in class, watch professionals in action, and learn a lot from them.

COMPANY BACKGROUND/HISTORY
The Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Military Police Command (NVMPC) was established in October
1945.It started on two Regular Philippine Constabulary Companies in Bayombong and Diffun,
and the Command's operational capacity expanded gradually. In August 1975, the formation of
the Integrated National Police (INP) saw the integration of the Philippine Constabulary as its
core. The Nueva Vizcaya PC/INP Command functioned until January 1991, when the Philippine
National Police (PNP) was established under Republic Act 6975. This transition led to the
formation, of the Nueva Vizcaya Philippine National Police Provincial Command, which later
evolved into the present-day Nueva Vizcaya Police Provincial Office in October 1996.

LEARNINGS
Throughout my training period at PNP Bambang, I got a deeper understanding on RAPE and
VAWC, studied the parts of an M16 sniper rifle, and got trained to deisassemble and reassemble
it. I also learned the proper formation of the body when handling firearms. I also experienced
being an intel and surveying on a certain place. And the best part is that I was trained how to
I learned so many things at PNP Bambang, while also gaining friends and experience, I will
never forget the teachings the police officers taught us. I will make sure to put my learnings to
PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED
One of the problems I faced at PNP Bambang is the heat, we had many outdoor activities such as
platoon formation, general cleaning, and other outside activities, facing such ventures are such a
problem for me. Luckily, we had free water in the station, and the officer in charge of us only
formed us on the shade, and the COP would grant us to stay in the conference room to be cooled
I also had problems in our firearms training. One of the activities given to us is to charge a pistol,
which I found it hart to slide, I tried so many times to slide the back of the gun. But with
I encountered many problems at PNP Bambang. But all of them, with great determination and
My only suggestion is that to extend the ten days period of the work immersion. I learned a lot at
