School Proposal

Introduction: My name is Nickera Bradley and I am the owner of Nickera’s Designs. I design
safe environmental spaces for all shapes, sizes, and ages. We create spaces that our clients
will enjoy and be happy with. And would want to come back and work with us again. Also, we
have
a refunding policy for the things that our clients do not agree with or we can make some
changing arrangements.

Scope of work: I used ¼ scale to create this design. My goal for my design is
to make it as spacious and safe as I can. We Created wide hallways and
walkthroughs for all sizes and heights to fit. Automatic doors also help out
the handicapped students and teachers. We also used vinyl flooring throughout the
school because it's durable and easy to maintain. Also easy moving around
for people that are in wheelchairs. In the workout room, we used rubber tile flooring
to make it safe for the students. We also installed windows in each room for safety
reasons and doors for easy access in and out.

Budget: This design requires the purchase of 3 tables, gym equipment, 1 bookshelf, 1 reception
desk, vinyl flooring tiles, 3 windows, and a total of 4 doors. There was no budget but the total
came up to $260,066.49.
Timeline:
Week 1: We will begin the field verification. We will draw this floorplan and start
measuring this building to see how many tiles we are going to be applying for the
flooring. And make sure it fits our client's needs.
Week 2: We are going to go over this drawn floorplan with our construction company and
and they will begin demolition.
Week 3: construction workers will begin building space, walls, flooring, etc.
Week 4: electricians will come in and install lighting, socket outlets, and wiring
Week 5: the plumbers will come in and plumb the school.
Week 6: we will go shopping for the school while construction is being done. Research
on the items we need has already been done so all we need to do is go pick those items
up. That insists on furniture, colors, lights, etc.
Week 7-8: the items we bought will be brought into the school, starting with paint.

Client responsibilities:
the client will be responsible for making decisions on because it
is their money and we want to make sure we match their needs and wants. Keep in
mind that we do have a deadline, so we need these decisions made on time.

Terms:
the client has agreed to enter into this interior design contract with Nickera’s Design of
their own free will. Once the client signs this contract all information will be legally documented.
Nickera’s Design is to be paid the full amount we agreed on with no warranty for the services
we are providing. We do not guarantee any warranties that our manufacturer offers. The
client hereby agrees to accept the following as terms pursuant to this interior design contract.
