Job Description
As an FP&A Junior Analyst, your role involves supporting the preparation of annual budgets
and periodic forecasts by collecting and analyzing financial data from different business
units. You will also be responsible for monitoring actual financial performance against
budgeted and forecasted figures and providing detailed variance analysis.
This role is based in Hyderabad, India

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to FP&A domain.

 Support the monthly forecasting, budgeting, and reporting process based on prepared
financial models and collecting feedback from teams to deliver the best quality product
 Prepare variance analysis to explain actual and forecasted performance of managed
markets/regions vs prior year/plan/prior forecast
 Support analysis across managed markets, to deliver more insights about the
performance, and identify R&Os
 Support automation and simplification projects to improve efficiency
 Ability to establish professional, trust-based relationship with variety of finance and
non-finance stakeholder
 Be able to meet stringent deadlines and work under pressure while showing excellent
attention to detail
 Ensure compliance with the company policy on confidentiality

Minimum qualifications

 Qualified CA /CMA/ Master in Finance with 0-1 year of experience


 Good analytical and problem-solving skills
 Well versed with MS Excel
 Good communication skills
 Good accounting concepts
 Good interpersonal skills
