PRE – INSPECTION REPORT

After the inspection of the physical properties of the school, it was found out that the
pathway going to Grade 12 needs to be repaired and be constructed of rain pathway to protect
the teachers and the students both from rain and the heat of the sun. Upon the consultation and
revisit the the ESIP, it was determined that a pathway must constructed since it is stipulated in
the School Improvement Plan.

POST INSPECTION REPORT

The optimized plan to allocate an amount of P 25,500.00 to pay for wage of the labor in
constructing the pathway and to purchase the materials needed for the construction of the rain
pathway was materialized. Currently, the students will no longer be exposed to the heat of the
sun as well as of the rain
