Richard Meier. Bodrum Houses is located in Yalıkavak, one of the premium

areas in Bodrum Peninsula, approximately 45 minutes driving distance from

Bodrum/Milas International Airport.

Bodrum Houses consists of 23 houses, each set within a 5,000 sqm plot

ensuring privacy and spectacular views of Yalıkavak Bay. Construction

permits for the Project have been secured and Berggruen has built and sold

the first house. Following plans and renderings represent the second house

(“House 2”) which was completed during Summer 2015.

The plan for House 2 splits the private living spaces across the first and second

floors. The front entrance gallery is ideal for displaying art and connects to the

expansive living area and panoramic Yalıkavak Bay views. From the living room

there is direct access to the pool terrace and bar facing the outdoor fireplace.

Generous master bedroom ensures total privacy on the second floor, as well as a

private study library suspended over the main living area.

Bodrum Houses is not a gated community although management services such

as security, gardening, maintenance and cleaning are available through Pamir

& Soyuer Residential.

Design changes are also possible as each house will be custom built, based on the

requirements of the owner. Plots may be combined to provide a greater level of
