PRE – INSPECTION REPORT

The school surroundings of Bilay NHS is unpleasant to look at by everyone especially
visitors. The grasses are tall already that makes the physical appearance of the school very
untidy. Hence, the administration has decided to allocate P 2, 500.00 for the grass cutting labor
expenses of the said project.

POST INSPECTION REPORT

The optimized plan to allocate an amount of P 2,500.00 from school MOOE for the labor
expenses of grass cutting to make the school’s appearance clean and tidy was realized and the
cleaning transaction was successful. Physically, Bilay NHS is already clean and tidy because of
realizing the aforementioned project.
