Dear Sir:

1. In continuation to our previous correspondence referenced in [3], we have considered the

technical parameter regarding the modulus of elasticity in the PLS CAD file i.e 655.0 MPA/100
instead of 65.08 MPA/100. In light of this, we are submitting the updated profile along with the
soft copy backup of the PLS CAD file for your review and approval please.
2. The comparison schedule between the approved profile and the revised profile
for tower changes is outlined below for your review.
