What is BodyTalk?
Daily Routine
All 5 techniques daily for the first 2-3 weeks until the bodymind
has stabilized.

Cortices
Cortices
Cortices
Cortex means

Cortices

Underlying Theory:
Focus: Connect all points of the Note: The number of hand positions

brain hemisphere. Highlight cold practitioner’s hands and the size of

Technique:
1. Place your hand on base of skull: tap head,
sternum and navel with other hand;
2. Repeat on all 4 (or so) positions of the brain;
3. Place both hands on sides for a few seconds, then
remove one hand to tap head, sternum and navel.
Focus: Connecting all points of the right hemisphere to the left
hemisphere, and highlighting and eliminating cold spots.

Common Symptoms:

Eyes
Hollows
under clavicles
Technique:
1. Places hands on eyes (slight pressure);
2. Remove one hand and contact switching reflex
points (just below clavicle);
3. Remove other hand to tap head, sternum and
navel.
Focus: Reducing total stress levels and normalizing the
stress threshold.
Hydration
Hydration
No water means:
• No communication between cells
• No biomechanical reactions
• No life
Hydration

Benefits of Hydration
Technique:
1. Place water in navel (or on/in/behind left ear);
2. Hands on sides of head (focus);
3. Tap out the remaining parts of the cortices while
intermittently contacting the sides of the head.
Focus: Allowing water to move across the cell membranes.

Technique:
1. Take a swab of saliva;
2. Place swab in the navel (or on/in/behind left ear);
3. Place hands on the sides of the head;
4. Tap out the remaining cortices while intermittently
contacting the sides of the head.
Focus: TBD Optimizing the immune system and support it in
addressing invasionary factors.
Reciprocals

Reminder: Touch the reciprocal areas lightly while tapping over the head,
sternum and navel for 2 breath cycles. Remember that most of the points are
across from each other on opposite sides of the body. Do both sides.

Technique:
1. Touch both contacts, breathe, then release
to tap head, sternum and navel;
2. Then touch opposite diagonal pair and tap out;
3. Then next pair, etc.
4. It is permissible to do the Upper Spine to Lower
Spine reciprocals from the front.
Focus: Getting indicated parts of the body to communicate,
referencing back to the brain through Wei Qi energy field.
Avoid Shortcuts
The sequence of the routine has been carefully
designed to allow the techniques to work together for
the broadest range of conditions. It works best if you:
• Do not change the order of the 5 techniques
• Do not do techniques in isolation
(Exception: Cortices may be done alone)
