下限値狙いで行ってください。 サイドモーションがありますので、測定時はサイドモーション分

of the pinion gear on all air motors, so pull out the pinion gear
<DK-20 150T> by hand before measurement.

<DK-20 150T> ※150Tはシム調整の必要はありません。

ただし、取り付け後に左図の寸法公差内にあることを確認してください。
（エアモータ取り付け面からリングギア端面）
※No adjustment by the shim requires for 150T model.
However, confirmation of the distance between the air motor mounting surface
and the fly wheel side that the distance is within the tolerance after install the air
motor as per left sketch shows.

シム－１の厚さを減らすことで調整できます。
It can be adjusted by decreasing shim-1 thickness.

シム－１を抜いてもまだ値が大きい時は、
シム－２を追加することで調整できます。
If the distance is large after shim-1 removed in

【値が小さい場合/when the distance is small】

シム－１の厚さを増すことで調整できます。
It can be adjusted by increasing shim-1 thickness.
<DC-17 150T>

Air motor Engine <DC-17 ST499>

bracket シムの無い状態で寸法を計測し、シムを調整してください。
Flame ※150Tはシム調整の必要はありません。
ただし、取り付け後に計測位置寸法公差にあることを確認してください。
(50.8±1.5mm、計測しにくい場合には5.7±1.5mm位置で確認くだい）
Measure the distance between air motor mounting surface and the fly
wheel side without shims then adjust the distance by shims.
※No adjustment need for the 150T model, however confirm that the
5.7±1.5mm
distance is within the tolerance. (50.8±1.5mm), If measurement of the
50.8±1.5mm
distance is difficult, measure the distance between the pinion gear end
and the flywheel instead of it. ( 5.7±1.5mm position)
