Sport is a planned and structured physical form that involves repetitive body movements and is
aimed at improving physical fitness. Sport is a form of physical activity carried out in both competitive
and recreational forms and generally aims to maintain or improve physical abilities and skills while
providing a relaxing effect on the person doing the sport and entertainment on the people watching.
Exercise can have a big influence on the body, such as keeping several diseases away, making the body
more energetic, and minimizing obesity levels. I think exercise has huge benefits for the body.

Exercising regularly can increase the body's endurance so that the body is not easily attacked by
disease. By exercising, the body will be able to move more freely or freely do anything, this will result in
a body that is very strong, healthy and not easily attacked by disease. By exercising, humans can have a
stronger immune system because of frequent movement in the body. Maintaining health must also be
balanced with regular exercise. Apart from being good for health, exercise helps prevent and treat
several diseases, such as diabetes, cancer, osteoporosis, arthritis, stroke, high blood pressure and
depression. It recommended to exercise for 20-30 minutes every day (Zurich, 2019).
