PRESSURE REDUCING ANGLE VALVE DESCRIPTION

Used with a fire hose rack assembly or as a fire dept. outlet connection. Water pressure is
controlled by adjustable flow restriction. If full flow is required, the restriction may be
overridden. Standard equipment: Female NPT/BSP inlet x Female hose thread outlet forged
brass valve. Red handwheel.

Technical Request:

1. O-Rings should apply some vaseline when assembling .

2. After assembly, This valve shall be
⚫ Easy to open & Close, Seizing problem isnot allowed
⚫ The Angle valve shall be withoutobvious bump
,scratches and other defects.
3. Sealing Test
⚫ The Angle valve shall be test under the pressure of 0.9
Mpa for 2 minutes. Making sure theoutlet & inlet without
leaking.
4. Strength Test
⚫ The Angle valve shall be test under the pressure of 2.4
Mpa . Making sure the the body without distortion.
