To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to recommend Gavin Capelli for any future endeavors or
opportunities he may pursue. As his supervising teacher during his internship
in my 1st grade class at Discovery Bay Elementary, I have had the pleasure of
witnessing his dedication and enthusiasm firsthand.
Since August 2023, Gavin has been a valuable asset to our 1st-grade
classroom. From the moment he joined us, he demonstrated a passion for
working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal
growth. He approaches each task with positivity to ensure the success of our
students and our classroom.
One of Gavin's greatest strengths is his ability to connect with and
support our young learners. Whether he was teaching a whole class lesson,
leading small group activities, or providing one-on-one support to students,
he always did so with patience, empathy, and kindness. He fosters a positive
and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and
valued. My students’ faces light up when Gavin is helping in our classroom
and they have the opportunity to work with him.
Gavin’s professionalism, reliability, and work ethic have been evident in
each aspect of his role in our classroom, and he has become an integral
member of our first grade family. I have no doubt that Gavin will continue to
excel in any future endeavors he pursues and will continue to make a positive
impact wherever he goes.
