RE : ONLINE EXAMINATION GUIDELINES

Greetings!

In line with the upcoming Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) Assessment
Examination, the following guidelines shall be observed:

1. The examinee must take the online examination using a desktop computer or laptop for
answering the test and a mobile phone for remote/online proctoring via Zoom.

2. The examinee shall properly identify himself/herself by using their Full Name (ex. Juan
Santos Dela Cruz) as the Display Name of his/her Zoom Account. Prepare one (1) valid ID
for verification by the remote proctor.

3. Zoom link/login details and examination link shall be sent the night before the examination
date (7:00 pm). Proctor will accept examinees in Zoom by 8:00 am (AM Shift) and 12:30
pm (PM Shift) on your examination date.

4. The examinee must ensure that their mobile phone camera in the Zoom app is working
and open while taking the examination. The mobile phone’s camera shall be positioned in
such a way that the examinee and his/her computer screen are visibly seen. (Please see
attached photo.)

5. The examinee must turn off their microphone while taking the examination to avoid
distractions unless otherwise necessary.

6. The examinee shall direct their queries and clarifications, if any, via the chat box to the
CHRA Proctors to avoid distracting the other examinees while taking the examination.

7. Switching screen and/or browser are not allowed during the examination. Please observe
the time limit of the examination. Specific instructions can be read in the examination link.

Depending on your home/office set-up, the mobile phone’s camera shall be positioned in such a
way that the personal computer screen is visibly seen. Every 10-15 minutes quickly check your
mobile phone as there may be a chat directed to you by the online proctor.
