I. TITLE: SLAC on Leadership and Accountability of Designated Teachers and Coordinators SY 2022-2023

II. RATIONALE: Bilay National High School, in its aim to provide quality education to the learners, conducts School Learning Action
Cell to teachers for the improvement of their teaching skills and values. Continuous update of teachers’ knowledge and competencies
is necessary to produce empowered, competent and effective teachers. Moreover, teachers need to be capacitated on how to exercise
leadership in line with their ancillary tasks as Designates and Coordinators.

III. OBJECTIVES: This activity has the following objectives:

1. To improve the teaching skills and competencies of teachers;
2. To acquire knowledge on the different roles and responsibilities of teachers handling different coordinatorships; and
3. To gain understanding and provide motivation to teachers to perform their ancillary tasks efficiently and effectively.
