VACANCY NOTICE: OFFICE ASSISTANT

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above-mentioned post. The incumbent will
be reporting to the Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities include the following:-


• Housekeeping- cleaning offices, ablution facilities and staff kitchen
• Boardroom and executive offices maintenance
• Manning the reception as and when required.
• Mail handling and messenger duties.

Education and Experience

• 5 O levels including English.


• 1 year working experience in a formal organization.

Competences and skills

• Ability to interface with various stakeholders.


• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Planning and organisational skills and results focus.
• Ability to work independently.

Remuneration

• 200usd per month (subject to change according to hours and/or overtime worked)
