Letter of Recommendation for Isaiah Weiss

To Whom This May Concern,

My name is Seth Beardsley and I am proud to offer my recommendation of Isaiah Weiss to

whom I have personally known for almost 2 years as his youth pastor at Central Presbyterian
Church. Isaiah is a kind young man who is a good student, friend, and son. He has strong
character, cares about his faith, takes his schoolwork seriously, and has a desire to help others.

In addition, Isaiah is a devout student who is graduating with a 3.8 GPA and has been on
wrestling teams for many years both at his high school and outside of it. He has shown strong
leadership as the captain of his wrestling team for the last 3 years, he has shown consistency,
perseverance, and a desire to grow and continue to improve each season. Isaiah also consistently
attends our youth group at Central Presbyterian church, where he often attends, even when his
friends aren’t there.

Since I have worked at the church, Isaiah has been a leader among his friend group. They follow
what he does and are more likely to attend events if he shows up and invites them. He seems to
have natural leadership qualities which encourage others to follow his lead.

I have been blessed to get to know Isaiah over the last 2 years and am honored to offer my
recommendation for him.
