Subject: Request for exemption from Model Test of my child due to Illness
Sir,
On behalf of my child, Abtahi Abrar Jawad, a student of Class XII Id no 220479 of
S4 section of your college, regrettably I would like to inform you that, On 4th May
2024, my child started to have piles related illness and had severe blood loss and
pain. The doctor has advised him to take complete rest for the next three weeks.
This unexpected illness has left him unable to attend the Model Test. I understand
the importance of Model Test but due to his current health condition, he is unable
to sit for the exam. I kindly request your understanding and consideration in
granting him an exemption from this particular Model Test. I assure you of his
commitment and he will have his utmost preparation for the upcoming HSC exam.
I therefore pray and hope that you would be kind enough to consider his health
condition and exempt him from this examination.
