Subject: Declaration under section 194C (6) for non-deduction of TDS

I, CHETANKUMAR HARILAL VAISHNANI, Proprietor/ Partner/ Director of M/s

VISHNU TRANSPORT. (Herein after “The Contractor”) do hereby make the following
declaration as required u/s 194C (6) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 for receiving
payments from the payer without deduction of TDS.

1. That I am authorized to make this declaration in the capacity as proprietor/

partner/ director.
2. That We as contractor are engaged by the payer for hiring or leasing of goods
carriage for its business.
3. That We are not owning more than ten goods carriage vehicles as on the date.
4. That if the number of goods carriages owned by us exceeds ten at any time during
the financial year 2022-23 (01-04-2022 to 31-03-2023), then we shall forthwith,
in writing intimate this fact to the payer.
5. That our Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN) is AFRPV1377F.
Further, a self-attested photocopy of the PAN is also enclosed with this declaration.

I the declarant do hereby verify that the contracts of the above points are true to
the best of my knowledge and belief and no part of it is false and nothing material
has been concealed in it.
