innovation management. The emphasis is placed not just on the new, but also on the
advancement of existing innovation. The goal is to create new and better products,
business models, and procedures.

Course The goal of the course is to study the fundamentals, application, implication, and

creation of a sustainable firm. The versatility of the course is to offer the
participants an understanding of various fields of action of innovation management
which infiltrates through the diverse elements of business to create an interlinked
network. The ultimate aim of the course is to internally occupy the participants on
the prophecy that “innovations are everyone's business” in any successful firm.
