 Project objective of this week:

1 .Currently working on creating simulation of virtual systems
2. Understanding the tech: we had understood what technology use
for this work station also simulation of it.
3. Identify the work: we have to make assembly line simulation of all
three work station

In this week it was done some simulation based on virtual system

and also its simulation by programming and with pneumatic
cylinders. First go through electropneumatic videos and also plc
tutorials in industry 4.0 course and also made some virtual system
simulation, it was done 5 to 6 simulations and here described about
4 of them.

1st project: automatic electroplating system

In automation studio there are more virtual systems and choose one
of them it's about automatic electroplating system. In this there are
6 station and moving motor are there that used to take plate and
moving up down and also dip in the water or chemical. And after 5
station it unload this plate. This process simulation we did.

Inputs : load, unload

move right, move left

Output : station 1 to 6

Project 2 : box disposer

in this project it was simulate the two double acting cylinder in

particular way. In this project there are two double acting cylinder
one for used to push the one box and other is to push box into big
collector box.
In simple way consider a two cylinder A and B . And they are working
consecutively

Project 3:conveyer with 3 sensor (forward & reverse )

in this project there are one conveyer that two buttons are there
one for forward and other for reverse. And one indicator light Is
there it blink when sensor its activated.

Project 4 : semi-automatic sorting system by

electropneumatic cylinder

conveyor is in a place where the product will move from one end to
the other. The products are placed into the conveyor using an
actuator. The product is of two different types. One is conductive
(metallic) and the other is nonconductive (non-metallic). The middle
of the conveyor consists of a proximity switch that detects the
presence of the conductive product. Once the Sensors detect the
presence of the metal product, the second actuator pushes the
product to box 1. If the nonmetallic product crosses the sensor the
presence is not detected so the actuator will not extend. The
nonmetal product will then travel till the end of the conveyor belt
and falls into box 2.

Plan for next week:

this week done more preparation about software and next week it
will learn about more virtual system and try to simulate it and
suppose solve our opening problem of parts of work station then we
try to simulate single parts of it.
