❖ Project objective of this week:

1 .Currently working on creating simulation of the cad parts.

2. Understanding the tech: we had understood what technology use

for this work station also simulation of it.

3. Identify the work: we have to make assembly line simulation of all

three work station and we starting from small parts. This simulation
is about the cad parts simulation.

In end of this week it was done some cad model simulation by plc
programming but there are some models not simulate properly
because of its not in separate so it simulate whole model not only its
desire part but also whole parts of the body.
Then it was done simulation of two cad models one is about the slide
and second is about the cylinder.

in this simulation there is made the cad model of slide that

used to move the pallet and it has to mounted on all three work
station for moving pallet, is do work as a conveyor.
here it is the screen shot of the cad and also logic of the
simulation of it.

 In this model there is simulation need for it working as conveyor belt
that move the pallet of the valve body.
In this simulation occur some problem about the speed of the slide
in this software there is no option about the cad model simulation
speed reduction so that issue fetch in this simulation. It try to solved
in next week.

 Cylinder simulation by plc program

In this cad simulation cylinder use for moving pallet to upward

direction. It simulated by plc program here. In that simulation the
cylinder move upward direction 1cm.

❖ Plan for next week :

it will doing some simulation based work on next week. It

about the cad model simulation and doing some interesting
simulation of cad model parts and after this week starting
simulation of workstation 1 cad simulation. The work is done
for now.
