I have personally known Ms. Cardenas for over a year now as one of her Managers at
McDonald’s.

Isabel is a very hardworking individual, not only in the work environment, but also with her
academics. She has proven herself to be disciplined by being able to handle not only a rigorous
academic schedule, but also balance a work schedule. Isabel is truly an outstanding worker, she
is amazing in all that she does. She has a lot of potential and desire to succeed. She is always
polite, respectful, kind and professional no matter the circumstances that are presented to her.
She always comes into work with a very positive attitude, always willing to help out the most she
can, and stays extra when needed. Other characteristics that Isabel possesses is how
responsible she is, helpful, and dependable. Isabel truly always goes above and beyond and
exceeds all expectations.
