PART A – THE MINE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT, 1996 (ACT 29 OF 1996) AS

1.1 State the detail that must be shown in the report prepared by the employer on
completion of an investigation into every reportable accident, serious illness and
life threatening occurrence. (4)
